Classical Language in Design

We are all fortunate to live in a community enriched in an architectural tradition that dates from the late 18th century to present. Studying these classical wonders has provided us with the knowledge to design homes that look and feel as if they have always been there.

This discipline which I refer to as the Classical Language rings true as I drive through towns in Connecticut like Greenwich, and towns in New York such as Bedford, Scarsdale, Larchmont, and Bronxville, to name a few.

I am committed to the tradition of Classical Architecture.  I believe that a solid knowledge of a home’s culture, interwoven with my clients’ vision and needs, are important parts of the design process.  This philosophy is a necessity to design kitchens and bathrooms which are timeless, functional, and as much a presence in character as the structure that surrounds them.
