When reflecting on the times spent together, we often find that many memories took place in the kitchen – especially during the holidays.The kitchen is truly the hub of the home. Each year, all members of the family are lured by the smells of the Thanksgiving turkey, Challah bread, sweet Christmas cookies, ginger bread, hot chocolate, the Christmas roast beef, and the Easter ham, among other holiday treats. These familiar scents trigger the fond memories of our lives and the homes in which they took place.
